Japanese Karate is a great foundation for martial arts. To discover the deeper knowledge needs extra effort: Kihon/Kata/Kumite is not enough. We are exploring the Missing Links between Karate, its Chinese roots and realistic, modern application. The Okuden Sessions are open for everybody, no matter what background in the martial arts.
